Make up

1. Pls be bare-faced with no prior make up or skincare on. I will do the skin prep for you.
2.  If you have sensitive skin, you may use your own skincare. Do not apply sunscreen.
3.  Exfoliate your skin the night before.
4.  If you're wearing contact lens, do wear it before I arrive.
5.  Pls wear your saree blouse & petticoat/outfit before I arrive.
6.  Pls ensure your saree petticoat has the string to tie around your waist. If it is the elastic type with no string, the petticoat together with the saree will slide/drop and not stay in place.
7.  Pls provide table / bed space for me to place my make up kit. If it is your bed, pls lay out newspapers/an old towel on your bed so that I don't dirty your sheets. 
8. Pls provide dry tissues.
9.  If you're someone who sweats a lot, pls switch on the air conditioner 15 mins before appointment start time.
10.  Pls get your eyebrows and upper lips threaded 3-4 days before your event for a cleaner look. rite something...

  Hair Prep

1. Pls do not wash your hair on the day of the event. Wash it the day before and blow dry your hair before sleeping if still damp. I need your hair completely dry for styling. If you have curly hair, pls wash and blow straight at a salon the night before. 
2. Shampoo as per normal and use conditioner from mid shaft to ends of hair. 
3. Do not apply any oils or serums both before and after wash.
4.  Pls detangle your hair before I arrive. Pls provide table/bed space for me to place my hair kit, near a power socket. 
5. Pls prepare a chair for you to sit on (no high backrest), preferably in front of a mirror.
6.  Prepare and layout your flowers and accessories before start of hairstyling.

Please be fully prepared for me and any accompanying stylists as per the instructions provided above. this will ensure that we are on schedule.

Makeup artist/hairstylist shall not be held liable for any delays/rush due to the lack of readiness of Client.

     Pls do not get the big roses. Their stem is too thick and we may not be able to pin them. You can get spray roses instead, as their stem is thin.

    Pls specifically tell your florist to use black string to tie the konda maalai, so that the excess string camouflages with your hair. Otherwise the excess string will be obvious and visible. 

If you're getting a flower crown, it is your duty to ensure that flower crown is of suitable size for your head. If it is too big, we may not be able to use it.
